| New techniques for AC mitigation:
Elsyca research activities have been focused on the development of two innovative approaches:

- Extension of the Transmission Line Model (TLM) for both steady-state inductive interference and fault current analysis. The development targeted automated import of geometries (e.g. pipeline and T-Line coordinates from GPS files), input parameters flexibility (coating quality, soil resistivities) and unlimited configuration complexity (no limitations on number of pipes, T-lines, bonds and groundings);
- Close field AC model allowing calculation of both inductive and resistive influences from T-lines.
Both approaches are complementary as for the combination of engineering services and software licenses proposed by Elsyca. Check out the detailed description of the TLM approach and contact us or join us at one of the upcoming technical conferences to learn more about the Close field AC model.
